I can’t get rid of my headache. Getting up in the morning sucks; because my head is throbbing and my vision is blurry. I’m I sleeping in the wrong position? I’ve tried taking aspirin and other medicines to relieve my chronic morning headaches, but it’s not working.

Maybe I need to drink more water; then I get up in the middle of the night to go the bathroom from drinking to much water. My medical doctor has no idea what’s wrong.

I found certain medicines can create headaches.

Over-the-counter pain medications work well when used occasionally.

Studies show that pain medication used to relieve headaches are actually causing these very same headaches they are designed to alleviate.

Headaches can be amplified by aspirin and other pain medications by taking these medications two – three times a week, just as an example.

This means that headache sufferers who give up daily painkillers may actually feel better, not worse. As an added bonus, when people are no longer taking the daily painkillers, then preventive medications will work much better too.

Going painkiller drug free to cure my headaches.

So who would’ve thought going drug-free would cure my headaches; actually it didn’t; it did help though. The reason I was taking the medicine in the 1st Place was to kill the pain of the headaches.

So now I’m in a dilemma; taking medicine causes my headaches to get worse; stop taking the medicine I feel better yet I still have headaches.

I thought sleeping with the wrong pillow was the cause of my chronic morning headaches.

My chronic morning headaches began frustrating me as I’m sure it would frustrate anyone. So I thought about how I was sleeping and decided to change my pillows. I tried soft pillows, hard billows, and contour pillows. Yet my chronic morning headaches persisted.

I bought one of those body length pillows and although I do like sleeping with it my morning headaches continued. My thinking was around what position I was sleeping in that was causing these headaches.

Chiropractic care had finally relieved my chronic morning headaches!! My chiropractor made some simple adjustments.

I visited the chiropractor to find that I had a subluxated vertebra; meaning a pinched nerve. This is what was causing my chronic morning headaches. The vertebra needed to be moved back into it’s proper place in order to stop the headaches and with chiropractic care the pain was relieved, of which, also eliminated my headaches altogether. Needless to say that makes me very happy.

I was surprised, because it took a few weeks, however the pain relief has been fantastic and I noticed my energy level has risen as well. I sleep like a baby, so the visits to the chiropractor has really paid off. I find that my chronic morning headaches are no more.
